Children’s Extensive Supports

How does the CES program work?

The CES program enhances the family’s ability to care for the child in the home preventing the need for out of home placement or more intensive services. Trained staff will come into the home to work with the child and the family to decrease behaviors and improve quality of life for the entire family.

How are Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) funded?

The Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) program provides Medicaid benefits to eligible children.

What type of services can be provided?

The type and scope of services will be determined by the family and team members. Some services available to the child and family under this program include: Enhanced Homemaker, Community Connector and group and individual Respite.
