Community Programs

PPCH offers both community-based activity groups. The Supported Community Connections program serves individuals with a wide range of interests, skills, and support needs. Our goal is to help people enhance life skills while engaging in a variety of activities during the day.

PPCH supports people to live independently in the community! Through our Independent Living program, people with disabilities receive the ongoing supports they need to life the life of their choosing!

For individuals interested in paid employment, PPCH offers supported employment and community integrated employment opportunities.
