What services does the SLS program offer?

The SLS Program allows our customers (adults with developmental disabilities aged 18 years old or older ) to live in a setting of their choosing while receiving any of the following individualized supports from staff: Personal Care, Enhanced Homemaker, Supported Community Connections, Respite or Mentorship.

We assist with grocery shopping, support individual budgeting, developing self-advocacy skills, support with enhanced household tasks in the individual’s primary residence, and foster group activities to help facilitate connections
