ALL modules must be completed by 4pm the day prior to your scheduled Practicum/Testing date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please do so at least 48 hours in advance,  by contacting PPCH Nurse at qmap@parkerpch.com

Test and Practicum Information:
The test consists of 100 questions, including multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, and true/false formats. The combined time for the test and practicum is approximately 4 hours.

You will find the steps for the practicum outlined in the study guide. Please review it carefully to prepare.
