Behavioral & Psychological Services

Logo for Behavioral Health

PPCH offers a wide range of psychological and behavioral services and supports. Our clinical team supports individuals, families, and service teams throughout the Front Range area.  We have a long history of service to children, adolescents, and adults in the intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD) community, and our specialized services are sought after by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), courts and law professionals, and adult protection, child protection, and probation departments. We currently serve clients in the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver, Jefferson, Weld and others.

Our Behavioral Health Team is comprised of Master’s level, Licensed, or License-Eligible clinicians well versed in working with individuals with I/DD as well as mental health concerns and other factors that may be influencing their lives, such as food, housing, or economic insecurities. To best meet the complex needs of the individuals we serve, our behavioral health therapists provide assessment, evaluation, counseling, consultation, and behavioral services to individuals, their families, and other professionals supporting them.  We offer sex-offender-specific treatment and evaluations, alcohol and drug treatment and evaluations, applied behavioral analysis, psychological evaluations, behavioral evaluations, developmental evaluations, parental evaluations, and much more. Our wide array of services range from traditional “talk therapy” to facilitating skill acquisition, reducing challenging behaviors, teaching activities of daily living, increasing coping skills, and providing training on behavioral interventions. To ensure consistency and high levels of support and success, we provide services across environments, including in the home, office, and community, including employment and day service locations.

Our clinical team strives to truly meet individuals where they are, helping to reduce barriers to treatment and providing services individualized to meet their needs. It is important to treat the whole individual and not just the challenging behavior(s), which is why our therapists provide trauma-informed behavioral therapy coupled with other therapeutic modalities specific to the individual in services.

Our services and support are as unique as the individuals receiving them.
