What Nursing Services Does PPCH Offer?

Every individual who receives residential services from PPCH is assigned a nurse. This enables us to ensure personalized, compassionate, and high-quality care, day and night, year-round.

PPCH nurses can assist with:

  • Medical case management
  • Appointment attendance, as well as in-person support during medical appointments
  • Self-medication, G-tube, and self-injection observation and assessments
  • Medication management and support
  • Medical concerns and questions
  • Fostering medical independence
